After a lot of research I found that the best way to do that is to save the previous frame as a texture using the Frame Buffer Object and render it on top of the current frame. I have all my graphic drivers up to date. It is an exe file and when I tried to update drivers and browse for drivers it wouldn't find the file so I clicked on it to install since it's an exe and that didn't work either. This will stop the problem, you can even pull your logs up and look for yourself. With some direction, I could narrow down the problem. From Googling around, it appears this error should be somewhat ancient history.
