The arrow keys do work in the regular remote so what's the problem? Should I return this to Logitech? The keyboard works in the web browser. Unfortunately it doesn't look like that'll work. Also, the home button control button is on a separate page from the most used control like volume and so I have to go back and forth on different pages to get the buttons I want. I can't indicate either way, but it's up to the App owner to add the feature code to their App. I understand that Samsung does not develop the apps, but I would expect that Samsung would at least review the apps to ensure that basic features such as compatibility with the included keyboard were in the app.

Is Samsung not so bright that they can't get this to work? Just download and install via iTunes. Other than that, I've had no problems. I can't remember needing to register my remote. It is connected to the Internet talktalk but when I try to enter my email password and login no text bar comes up on screen. There is the on-screen keyboard, and I can navigate to each letter, but how do I select them? Usually for this type of application you have to use the one the manufacturer specifies, if at all.
I'm not aware of any planned changes at this time. In fact, representing a product has certain features and benefits it doesn't have runs afoul of both state and federal consumer protection laws. Subtitles aren't appearing for certain shows eg. I'm starting to wish I had purchased the new models with their touchscreen remotes and gesture capabilities. Specifically, the mute and volume up and down buttons worked perfectly. I'll check into that on my test set today.
