I didn't notice the small print on their webpage that mentions that the seat selection is an extra charge. I reserved all my trip without protection, I book Vancouver Montreal with you then Powell River to Vancouver, the system doesn't allowed me to cancel the protection. Just wanted to add my experience as well in saying that FlightNetwork is definitely legit. Couple of people complaining about dud fares resulting from outdated inventory annoying but not problematic , the typical bunch of people ignoring the fine print and then paying some sort of fee and a couple ones blaming airline problems on them. .
Many here have taken advantage of their price protection offer as well, you just need to be aware of the actual rules and conditions. Very bad customer service, no response when schedule needs to be changed even because airline changed the flights. They offer cheaper rates by pretty much having no customer service. When I was attempting to make flight reservations within Europe it seemed overwhelming and impossible to figure out which airlines flew to which countries and airports. My experience was terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone.
Look at my two pictures. We knew booking that the flight was going to be with United Airlines and know that United economy class includes 1 checked bag per person. I'm told there's no managers on site at this time. They emailed 4 days later with a link to their terms and conditions. Emailed twice, called Canada, Australia, Hong Kong lines but nobody picked up.
The fine print doesn't mention the cost to reschedule. Two days befit their flight I get an email saying the flight is cancelled. This is probably a scam website set up that will eventually disappear after a class action lawsuit. I assure you I will do all I can to make sure this is known to all my many contact's and I will use social media to let others know not to be scammed by your company. I've never heard of an airline reserving a seat for without being paid not even a deposit. While I am still awaiting this email, I look through reviews and read nightmare stories.
Other than that everything perfect with you guys. What's with these screwy ticket prices? One indicates one way tickets and when my parents checked in at an airport, they added one stop all of sudden. Anyone with experience with this site, will my booking be safe and will i get my flight ticket? Stop and maybe use other flight ticket websites. These ghost extras will be included in your price, which at that point you are not looking at because you already checked everything off and checked your price so you do not anticipate changes. Clickbait, spam, memes, ads, brochures, classifieds, surveys or will be removed. The dollar amount they are referencing in their threat emails isn't even the amount of the original flight or double it for 2 seats , they've pulled it out of thin air.
I just found this site and the prices of some of the flights are just outstanding. Make sure that you dont change your flight because their charge is ridiculously very expensive. When you call them back that same minute to tell them they say that the extras are not refundable! I am so pleased to find FlightNetwork. If anyone has used Flight Network to book a trip, please let me know how it went. I admit I was shocked when your telephone specialist Patt revealed to me that he works his magic out of you Mississauga location. We immoderately called the 800 customer service and the person said you should email the customer service.

My flight out of Rhode Island on 20 Jan 19 was canceled due to weather. If one forgets to de-select, this cost added to the ticket cost and apparently is irreversible. And now I must pack and arrange a veggie meal for all 4 flights. I called customer support - waited on hold for one hour.
If they were more upfront and honest, they wouldn't be so bad. Finally they were able to get us other tickets on a different flight. Buyer beware, the more we share our stories of such disgusting service, hopefully the less people have to deal with such a mind blowing scam of a company. Worst possible company Worst ever company to book with. I thought I was on the official airline web site. I have received my confirmation email but no e tickets. It's not this specific person's fault, but a basic agent at this point can't help me.

Wait, so I am actually dealing here with a neighbourhood business who has not outsourced and actually is a player on the global scene I somehow missed? Make sure you are dealing with the airline and not Flightnetwork Wow. I was then asked if I wanted to reserve a seat. When the next day i realized i had to cancel, they were super helpful, gave me a full refund and were very nice on the phone every time i called.
